This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how 3jl3 collects, uses, stores, discloses, and protects the personal information of individuals ("you," "your," "Player," "User") who access or use the 3jl3 online gaming platform available at https://3jl3.one ("Platform").

3jl3 is a PAGCOR-regulated online casino and sports betting operator serving Filipino players across the Philippines. • Regulatory authorities: PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission (NPC), and other Philippine government bodies as required by applicable law, court order, or regulatory directive.
• IT and infrastructure providers: Cloud hosting, server management, cybersecurity, and technical support providers engaged by 3jl3 who process data solely on our instructions under data processing agreements.
• Legal and professional advisors: Where necessary to obtain legal advice, conduct investigations, or defend or pursue legal claims.

All third-party service providers engaged by 3jl3 are required to handle your personal data in accordance with applicable Philippine data privacy law and the obligations set out in our contractual agreements with them.

3jl3 retains your personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy and to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations. Specific retention periods are as follows:

• Account and identity data: Retained for the duration of your active 3jl3 account and for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in accordance with PAGCOR record-keeping requirements and the Anti-Money Laundering Act's document retention obligations.
• Transaction and financial records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction, as required by PAGCOR and the Anti-Money Laundering Act.
• KYC documents: Retained for five (5) years following account closure or the last transaction, whichever is later, in compliance with AMLC requirements.
• Support correspondence: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the last communication, to enable resolution of any disputes that arise.

When personal data is no longer required and no legal obligation requires its retention, 3jl3 will securely delete or anonymize it in accordance with the NPC's recommended disposal standards.

3jl3 implements a range of technical, organizational, and administrative security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include:

3jl3 uses cookies and similar web tracking technologies on the Platform. Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. We use the following categories of cookies:

• Strictly Necessary Cookies: Essential for the Platform to function correctly. These include session authentication cookies that keep you logged in to your 3jl3 account during an active session and security cookies that protect against cross-site request forgery (CSRF) attacks. We will respond to all data subject rights requests within thirty (30) calendar days, or within the timeframe specified by the NPC for complex requests. The 3jl3 Platform is strictly intended for individuals who are 21 years of age or older, as mandated by PAGCOR for all licensed online gaming activities in the Philippines. 3jl3 does not knowingly collect, store, or process personal data from individuals under 21 years of age.

If 3jl3 discovers or is notified that personal data has been collected from an individual under the age of 21 — whether through misrepresentation during registration or any other means — we will immediately suspend the associated account, delete the personal data collected (subject to any mandatory regulatory retention requirements), and report the matter to PAGCOR as required.

Parents and guardians who believe that a minor under their care may have registered or accessed the 3jl3 Platform should contact 3jl3 Support immediately via live chat so that the account can be reviewed and closed promptly.

The 3jl3 Platform contains game content provided by third-party game developers. While 3jl3 licenses these games and makes them available to Players within the Platform environment, each game provider operates under its own privacy practices in relation to technical data collected within the game session.

3jl3 is not responsible for the privacy practices of independent third-party game developers, payment processors, or other external services that Players may interact with in connection with their use of the Platform. 3jl3 recommends that Players review the privacy policies of any third-party service they use in conjunction with their 3jl3 account — particularly GCash and PayMaya — to understand how those services handle personal data.

The 3jl3 Platform does not contain outbound links to external websites for advertising, marketing, or other commercial purposes.

3jl3 reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data practices, applicable Philippine privacy law, PAGCOR regulatory requirements, or the services we offer. Material changes to this Policy will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their 3jl3 account at least seven (7) days before the amended Policy takes effect, except where an immediate update is required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the 3jl3 Platform following the effective date of an updated Privacy Policy constitutes your acknowledgment of and agreement to the revised terms. If you do not agree with any material change, you must close your 3jl3 account and cease using the Platform.
